Schneider Legal Search has an impressive local and national client base, which we serve through our extensive contacts in the legal community. In addition to our corporate clients, we represent most mid- to large-size law firms in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as national firms and specialized boutique law firms. For attorneys, we identify the best legal opportunities available to fit with each persons specific personal and professional career goals. Our services are provided at no cost to attorneys. Our fees are paid exclusively by the companies and law firms we contract with to perform a search.
Our experience, dedication and trustworthiness is what sets us apart from our competition. We are there for the duration of the interviewing process beginning with the preparation of a resume. We prepare attorneys for the interview process and educate them as to available opportunities that match what they may be looking for. We always seek a candidates permission to approach a client about a particular job and never present a resume without first obtaining the specific prior approval of the attorney. If there is mutual interest between a client and a candidate, we promptly facilitate the interview process until either a successful match is made or one party decides that they are no longer interested in going forward. We are there to ease the emotional and practical considerations involved in job changes.
We handle permanent lateral attorney placement only. We do not handle temporary legal positions nor are we able to assist recent law school graduates. We generally work with attorneys from the top nationally ranked law schools, who graduated at or near the top of their classes.
